ChiroGrow sells digital products — PDF prompt packs and email/content templates designed for use by chiropractic practices. All products are delivered electronically as downloadable files. No physical goods are shipped.
After payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link via email. Delivery is handled by Polar.sh, our payment and fulfillment partner. If you don't receive your download link within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@chirogrow.io.
Because our products are digital and instantly accessible after purchase, we do not offer refunds as a general rule. If you believe you received a defective or incorrect file, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@chirogrow.io and we will make it right.
When you purchase a ChiroGrow product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own chiropractic practice. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the files to others. Each license is for one practice only.
ChiroGrow products are marketing templates only. Nothing in any product constitutes medical, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing all content before sending it to patients and ensuring it complies with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.
